iPBX Overview

The iPBX is MindIT's turn key VoIP Solution. It enables businesses of all sizes to take immediate advantage of VoIP technology, while seamlessly integrating with existing legacy systems.

 

  • It is a Private A Private Automatic Branch eXchange, which comes with all the traditional PABX features plus new VoIP features.

  • It is based on open source VoIP platform which is hardware independent and fully integrates with existing PSTN telephone system. eg. You can using existing cordless analogue phone with the system.

  • It can be deployed over Internet to build a virtual Private Branch eXchange system. (see the figure below). VoIP telephone user (extension) is location transparent, and call between branch is virtually 'internal' call, therefore is free.

  • External call can be routed via different VoIP service provider as well as traditional telecom lines. Different connectivity options mean you can choose the lowest cost route for call termination.
